Each of us holds the key to mental well-being within us. It’s my work and passion to help you find and use your key. I take a holistic approach to mental health, weaving in multiple modalities and frameworks to help you gain deeper emotional insight, learn to trust your inner knowing, and have a greater understanding of yourself.

Intake Session
$170
This initial session will be a deep dive into your personal and mental health history. We’ll discuss in depth your reasons for seeking therapy, begin to outline goals, and work together to make a plan for achieving those goals.

Therapy Sessions
$150
After the intake session, I offer 50 minute sessions on a weekly, twice-a-week, or every-other week basis. I use a holistic approach and a blend of therapeutic modalities to support your work toward your therapy goals.

I specialize in working with relational complex trauma and those who struggle with depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. I also walk alongside those who are experiencing grief, relational distress, life transition, or have a desire to gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I specialize in creating a space where you feel seen and heard. Through a holistic perspective, I foster a collaborative and trusting relationship, embracing your uniqueness. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and my work is rooted in diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. I draw on components Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, and somatic practices to deepen your connection to your inner world and foster inner attachment healing.
